The 2 Are 1

1 Peter 3:7- “In the same way, you husbands must give honor to your wives. Treat your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God’s gift of new life. Treat her as you should so your prayers will not be hindered.” (New Living Translation)

(Congrats to Matt and Jeanine who were married on Saturday, May 24, 2014)

“When a man loves a woman he can’t keep his mind on nothing else” -Percy Sledge. When a man looks at his bride he seeks no one else. When a man looks at his bride he consults no one else. For his mind is made up and his journey includes another. His steps are no longer his own, but a syncopation of beats blended as one. There music evokes happiness and dancing because their rhythm is hard hitting. Their lives are a testament to love and their union an example. It is no coincidence why a crowd gathers to enjoy the beauty of a wedding. For the sacred bond administered between the pair bears a seal from God that no man or woman can tear asunder. Amen
